JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 399, 402, 21 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others had assembled there and making plan to commit dacoity. It is submitted that except disclosure of the name of the petitioner by two apprehended co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent as it has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Chhotoo Gope @ Chhotey Gope be released on bail on
