This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sadar Police Station Case No. 135 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner, being the contractual staff of the Co-operative Bank has only performed his duty under the instruction of Branch Manager. No case of misappropriation is made out against this petitioner as the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount to Branch In-charge and it was the duty of Branch Incharge to maintain cash book. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.2250 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, criminal history, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to this petitioner.
