2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354(B), 354(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the victim has alleged that the petitioner no.1 inappropriately touched the informant on her chest and on protest both the petitioners started assaulting the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner no.1 happens to be the bahnoi of the

No. 22792 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 husband of the informant and petitioner no.2 is sister-in-law of the victim and the case is compromised between the parties and the compromise petition has already been filed before the court below which is annexed in this petition. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Vishudha Prakash, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 596 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
