Petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.282 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 461, 379 & 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of petitioner. He is not named in First Information Report. He is in custody since 29.05.2018. The name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Thereafter, petitioner was arrested and police recorded his confessional statement. No Test Identification Parade has been held. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.282 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
