This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.03.2015 in which the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed.

It is submitted that in the complaint petition the name of father of the petitioner had wrongly been given but the petitioner has given the correct name of his father but his bail bond was not being accepted on the ground that father's name of the petitioner does not tally with the father's name of the petitioner given in the complaint petition.

Let the same stands corrected.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.03.2015 with a direction that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37554 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 receipt/ production of a copy of the order, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail. The petitioner waited for more than five months and only thereafter filed this petition for correction of his father's name in the bail petition and for extension of time. It is sheer negligence, therefore, I am not inclined to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for extension of time is rejected.

This petition is partly allowed.
