Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.3.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 379, 411, 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others cheated the informant by providing him ear-rings of brass (pittal) and subsequently, ear-rings and some other articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let him be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
