The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 394, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons is of having unloaded the cement from the alleged truck.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17465 of 2019(3) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 14.10.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. They have been named in the F.I.R. due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that the petitioners may be released after completion of nine months in custody from 14.10.2018.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody from 14.10.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S. case No.471 of 2018.
