The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 249/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 2/3/4 of Mahua flower Control Act, 2016.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not the owner of the tempo and his tempo was not used in transportation of any banned liquor, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.30840 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 249/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
