ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices were issued to the O.P. No. 2 but none appears on her behalf. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.04.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with C.R. No. 66 of 2011 corresponding to T.R. No. 2152 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani on the condition that that the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled. It has been submitted that O.P. No. 2 had remarried and therefore, she is not appearing in the Court below. The Court below shall issue notice to the O.P. No. 2 and enquire that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11170 of 2014 (4) dt.04-02-2015 whether she wishes to continue the proceeding in the present case and if not the proceeding shall be dropped in the interest of the parties.
