Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has, nowhere, stated against the petitioner in connection with present case when her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C was recorded.

However co-accused Niranjan Thakur, with whom victim was caught by the police, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.C.
