The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No.220 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the deceased alleged that her daughter was married to Pappu Yadav about 10 years ago but her husband and other in-laws including the petitioner used to assault her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant got information that her daughter was killed on 17.06.2018 and her dead body was concealed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Marriage of the deceased with Pappu Yadav was solemnized 10 years ago. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the deceased and her

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.220 of 2018.
