Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,341,342,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with Farsa at the head, however, the Doctor has found injury by a Hard and Blunt substance and simple in nature. Considering the nature of allegation non-corroborated by medical evidence as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) Police Station Case No.677 of 2020 with following

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30716 of 2021(2) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
