2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 579/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Pinki Devi had registered sale deed in favour of the informant/complainant Rajni in the year 2022. It is alleged that Rs.11,25,000/- has been taken by the said co-accused and others in the name of registering wrong plot number. It is further alleged that the petitioner is one of the party who has participated in the alleged occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR. The petitioner bears criminal antecedent of two cases in which he is on bail. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is not beneficiary of the land in question rather he has falsely been implicated in this case just because he is the Amin. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the sale and purchase of the said land in question. He further submits that the specific allegation is against co-accused Pinki Devi and her husband Shyam Sahgal. All sections are bailable in nature, except Sections 420, 467, 468 of the I.P.C.
5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
