JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Naokothi P.S. case No.10 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 386, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of J.M., 1st class, Begusarai.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit. A report was called for from the Trial Court regarding the stage of the case. It has been reported that the prosecution evidence has already been closed and the trial is expected to be concluded within one month.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
