Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pocso Case No. 29 of 2018 arising out of Brahmpur (Krishnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 448, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Raju Prasad. Moreover, the present first information report has been lodged after eight days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Buxar in connection with POCSO Case No. 29 of 2018 arising out of Brahmpur (Krsihnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018.
