The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 353, 341, 332, 323, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that while on getting information about the petitioner's presence, the informant proceeded to arrest her, the petitioner along with her mother started beating the informant and used filthy languages. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16432 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The other co-accused namely Neha Agrawal with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26-03-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16693 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019.
