2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tankuppa Rail P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the informant was returning from his agricultural field to his residence, the accused persons including the petitioner came there and started abusing and assaulting them. Thereafter, petitioner no. 1 brought out country made pistol from his waist and fired at the son of the informant, due to which he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 55361 of 2024 by a detailed order and while rejecting the prayer for bail, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months remaining under custody. Learned counsel has submitted that the stipulated period of custody has already been completed.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
