JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 138 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant on head with butt of the pistol. The CDR has been received. In paragraph-19 of the case diary, the doctor has found simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance over the scalp measuring 2 1⁄2" x 1⁄2" bone deep. From the nature of injury, it appears that there is no repetition of blow.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six

P.C.
