The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are women having clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he was doing work on contract in the state of Haryana and used to take labours from his village, it is next alleged that a labour of his village died in Haryana for which allegations were leveled against the informant's son namely

No.21768 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/3 Sukhlal Paswan, it is also alleged that on 20.12.2021, Sukhlal Paswan had come to his house to attend a Panchayati and at about 7:00 pm when he was walking near the house of Vishwanath Paswan, he was caught and tied in an electric pole by Suraj Paswan, Ashok Paswan, Pintu Paswan, Subodh Paswan, Amar Paswan including the petitioners and others and was beaten mercilessly by an iron rod, lathi, spade etc. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioners are women and the allegation of assault is general and omnibus against them.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down
