The petitioners are in custody in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 06.02.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 24.885 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
