The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a senior citizen aged about 62 years and the informant alleges that on orders of the petitioner accused Lalu Rai assaulted her husband by Farsa causing injury on head and when family members came to save him the accused

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner rather he has been implicated by alleging that the occurrence took place on his orders, it is further submitted that a person who had clean antecedent till the age of 62 years has been made a criminal by alleging that it was on his orders that the occurrence took place.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 112
