JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Ninety per cent pension and provisional gratuity has already been authorized on 07.11.2015. Why the balance 10 per cent has been withheld is not evident, since there is none on behalf of Accountant General, nor any affidavit has been filed in this regard.

The writ application is disposed off with a direction upon all the respondents that the issue of settlement of balance

Patna High Court CWJC No.18390 of 2014 (4) dt.23-05-2017 2/2 pension and gratuity should be examined and a decision be taken and communicated to the petitioner, if no other legal impediment remains, within a period of three months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order. Writ application stands disposed off in terms of above.
