Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1B)A/26/35 Arms Act. Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor any recovery has been made from his conscious possession and apart from this, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
