2. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner was rejected , vide order dated 28.03.2022 and 22.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 58450 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 9326 of 2023 .

3. Trial Court report reveals that charge was framed on 23.02.2022 and till date two witnesses have been examined.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.06.2021 .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on
