Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-188 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

One bottle of foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and submission on behalf of petitioner is that mere possession of foreign liquor is not an offence. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
