2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisliganj P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The allegation is of killing the deceased for dowry. The petitioner is in jail since 25.01.2024.

4. It has been submitted by Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel that the victim was suffering from mental illness and she was being treated at good hospital including Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi in order to cure her but she could not survive.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Nawada in connection with Warisliganj P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
