JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.7004 of 2021 has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the opposite parties have already calculated the deferential amount of salary/pension for the period 01.01.2009 to August, 2014, whereafter a sum of Rs.1,09,134/- has also stood paid to the petitioner.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the State

Patna High Court MJC No.807 of 2023(4) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
