It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner, who has been remanded in this case from another case on 18.01.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No.228 of 2015.
