The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 153 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation of recovery of large number of arms and ammunition from Basa of petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completing one year of custody in jail. (S.
