Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018, Special Case No. 79 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery of small quantity Ganja has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has no concern with the alleged Ganja. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61274 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018, Special Case No. 79 of 2018.
