Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case at the behest of his agnate Raghuvansh Kumar Gautam. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 44543 of 2016. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2018.
