2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 685 of 2020 (G.R. No. 5013 of 2020) registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons on account of previous dispute assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injuries. The accused persons also snatched Rs.7,000/- from the pocket of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that the present is counter blast of Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 674 of 2020 which was lodged by father-in-law of the petitioner against the informant and others. Injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner are simple in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 685 of 2020 (G.R. No. 5013 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
