Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.496 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 467, 468 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2018. He has clean antecedents. It is evident from the First Information Report that suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. The informant has alleged that petitioner was collecting Rs.300/- from each student for entry in the examination on behalf of company.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60526 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 petitioner is an employee of C.M.S. (Consult any maritime service) and the work of the company is to consult the students for joining in Merchant Navy through C.M.S.

In the written report, it is mentioned that some unknown person had booked school of the informant for conducting examination.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.496 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
