JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 17-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, has submitted that the petitioner during the pendency of this writ application has complied the impugned order of her transfer, but even then she has not been paid her salary and also being subjected to work under a headmaster, who is junior to her.
2. While this Court is not like to expand the scope of this writ application but nonetheless, as the petitioner has already complied the order of transfer, the respondents must examine and ensure that the petitioner is no longer subjected to any humiliation by forcing her to work under the junior and/or make her suffer on account of non-payment of salary.
3. Thus, if the petitioner approaches to the competent
Patna High Court CWJC No.19246 of 2014 (5) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 authority in respect of either of her aforesaid grievance, this Court hopes and believes that an appropriate decision shall be taken and also acted upon within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
