JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 12.5.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during trial, informant has become hostile and has not supported the case. He has specifically deposed that he did not see as to who committed murder of her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 30.5.2021 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

Considering the aforesaid development and period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge X, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 123 of 2022/Barauli Police Station Case No. 128 of 2018.
