The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.54 of 2011 registered for offences punishable under Sections 364, 384, 374, 34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story as per the FIR is that some extremists kidnapped the son of the informant and later on he was murdered. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired during the investigation. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.7.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
