05.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A) and 53(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Forty litres toddy is said to have been recovered from a hut where petitioner was caught and it is alleged that the petitioner was selling the seized toddy. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2016 without having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
