Case No. 246 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 379, 436, 427, 506, 295, 295(A) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against 105 named accused persons of trying to demolish the mosque.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegation is general in nature and nothing specific has been attributed against them and considering the same different

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
