The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner caused fire-arm injury on the thigh of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. There is case and counter case. The alleged occurrence took place between the parties due to previous enmity.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner of causing fire-arm injury.
