The petitioner is accused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Section 30(A)(d) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 400 pouches each containing 200 ml country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house from where the alleged country made liquor is said to be recovered is joint house, in which, petitioner and other family members used to reside. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.08.2018.

No.62280 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
