====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V. NATH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2017 These matters have been placed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ applications.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in title page of the order dated 23.12.2016, the names of the petitioners and the respondents have been wrongly typed as the names of some of the petitioners and some of the respondents have been repeatedly shown and further the name of respondent no.2 Aam Janta has been wrongly shown therein though the name of the respondent no.2 Aam Janta has been deleted by previous

Patna High Court CWJC No.3710 of 2013 (8) dt.23-01-2017 orders passed in both the writ applications.

After considering the submissions and perusal of the records, it appears that there has been inadvertent typing mistake in the title page of the order dated 23.12.2016 with regard to the names of the petitioners and the respondents in both the writ applications. As such the order dated 23.12.2016 is modified to the extent that in the title page of the order, the names of the petitioners and the respondents in both the writ applications shall stand corrected in accordance with the same as mentioned in the respective writ applications and the orders passed therein with regard to the parties, as follows:- CWJC No.3710 of 2013
