2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A), read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 20.05.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21968 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the dismissal order dated 20.05.2016 the informant's daughter has since been recovered and whose statement has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she has clearly deposed that she has solemnised marriage with one Ramji Rai, who is the son of the petitioners.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.
