The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the goat and the solar plate of the informant were stolen by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. As per allegation, the petitioner is alleged to have stolen the goat of the informant. The petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 5,000/- in the court below, which will be released in favour of informant of this case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18496 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 5,000/- which will be released in favour of the informant of this case. On deposit of the amount, in question, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Singh, J.M., I/C/ concerned court, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
