3/4 Learned counsel for the petitioners is hereby directed to serve a copy of the supplementary affidavit to learned counsel for the Respondents.

In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- "For direction to the respondents for the regularization of the petitioners on Class IV Post in Gaya Municipal Corporation who are continuously working since a period of about ten years on different posts as daily wages employee under the Gaya Water Board which is a part of Gaya Municipal Corporation."

The aforesaid relief is supported by petitioners' representation dated 10.01.2020 (Annexure-12). The concerned respondent has not considered the petitioners' grievance relating to regularization. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of petitioners' representation, service particulars and judicial pronouncements in the case of Secy., State of Karnataka and Others vs. Uma Devi reported in (2006) 4 SCC 1 read with the Full Bench decision of this Court in the case of Ram Sevak Yadav and Anr. vs. the State of Bihar and Ors. reported in 2013(1) PLJR 964. The grievance of the petitioners shall be redressed in the light of the aforesaid judicial pronouncements

4/4 and pass speaking order as to whether petitioners are entitled to regularization or not? Such decision shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
