02. The present M.J.C. (contempt petition) is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 13.01.2022 passed in C.w.J.C. No. 14163 of 2021.

03. The concerned authority was required to examine

Patna High Court MJC No.559 of 2022(4) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 the orders of this Court read with petitioner's representation. In this regard, a detailed order has been passed and the same has been placed on record along with show-cause reply as Annexure -R/6 dated 18.09.2023.

04. Taking note of these developments, the present M.J.C. stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 18.09.2023 (Annexure-R/-6), if he is dissatisfied either with any portion of the order or the entire order, in accordance with law.
