JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Vide order dated 05.09.2017 the matter was referred to the Mediation Center. From the Mediation Report kept at Flag- "A", it appears that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. However, the counsel for the opposite party no.2 has not put his signature on the report.

Today, both learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submit that parties have amicably settled their differences and are living together happily.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is permitted to put his signature on the Mediation Report in course of the day.

Case No. 101 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
