3. The petitioner has moved the Court against the appointment of respondent no. 8 on the post of Anganbari Sevika

Patna High Court CWJC No.19029 of 2014 dt.02-12-2022 2/2 in Pilkhi Gajapati Panchayat, Ward No. 8 in Block- Muraul, District- Muzaffarpur.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation copy of which is Annexure-6 in the writ petition and prayer was made that the same be directed to be disposed of by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent no. 6).

5. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 6 to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner, if already not done, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
