The petitioners are accused in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioners along with Rajgrih Yadav reached at the house of informant, Ratan Yadav, and started to cause assault. In that course, petitioner no. 1, Arun Yadav, gave Farsa blow at Naresh Yadav, brother of the informant. In the meantime, Rajan Yadav came and causing injury through rod to Pinki Kumari, nice of the informant whereas Ajit
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27986 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 Kumar and Ranjit Yadav, both nephew of the informant, were also assaulted by the accused persons. In that course, Rajan Yadav, took away Rs.20,000/- from the pocket of informant's brother. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and the informant are Bataidar and due to land dispute occurrence took place and the petitioners' side also sustained injury, regarding which, Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015 is instituted by the father of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 23.04.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Siwan, in connection with Siswan (Chainpur) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
