The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.241 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is false and fabricated and that the petitioner has never paid any amount or issued cheque to the informant at any point of time. He further submits that the story of the petitioner having taken money for giving a job to the son of the informant is also wholly mischievous as there was no such assurance on the part of the petitioner nor he has taken any money. Considering the vague nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63147 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - III-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.241 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
