JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.
Annexure-2 to this petition goes to show that one coaccused, Jitendra Prasad having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37027 of 2016 (2) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad.
